This weekend in Krushevo, the Capital Financial Center team organized a team building seminar led by dr. Zarko Kostikj.
Everyone had an incredible chance to work on themselves, to improve their “being”, but also to improve their performance in their work. By working on oneself, one realizes how much one can improve and become a better version of oneself and how little is needed to build self-discipline that will bring daily motivation.
